FEES

We reach fee agreements with our clients which are based on litigation value, the amount in dispute, the complexity of the matter and necessary additional knowledge (foreign languages, etc.).

FEE RATES: 

General fee (per hour)

CHF  250.00 - 350.00

As per notarial tariff

All fee rates are exclusive of VAT and cash expenses. Downward or upward variations may be negotiated individually.

 

According to the code of professional conduct our services require a payment advance or a cash payment for the first meeting if necessary. All services are recorded continuously for transparency of expences incurred at any time.

 

We cooperate with legal protection insurances. In some cases there might be free legal aid available.
